• This $20 discount is ONLY for vendors selling crafts/handmade items. If you are questioning if you fall into this category, please send an email listing what you sell to admin@watervillechamber.com, and we will let you know if you qualify for this offer.

• As stated in the original email containing this form, you have until February 27th for your payment to be received. There will be no exceptions to this early registration opportunity, and we are not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

• We will email you letting you know that your payment was received. If you do not receive an email by Monday, March 2nd letting you know we received your payment, this submitted form will be discarded and you are welcome to utilize the normal registration process via our website which will open sometime in March. Booth rentals this year for a vendor selling crafts/handmade items will be $100 so in addition to having a guaranteed spot this year, you are receiving a $20 discount by registering and paying during this “early bird” window.

• This offer is not limited to returning/past vendors. We welcome new vendors as long as items are hand-crafted.

• This offer is non-refundable and this is a rain or shine event.

Are you a returning Artisan that has already been through the approval process and is requesting to again be in the Artisan Area again being located on North Second(Required)
Are you a vendor that would like to be considered for the Artisan Area that will be located on North Second - If yes, this form will be forwarded to Lisa Exner at the Anthony Wayne Arts Commission for review and pictures of your work along with additional details may be requested. Payment must still be received while application is being considered since booth rental prices are the same.(Required)
Will you be paying by cash in the office, or mailing a check in for the cost of $80?(Required)
